Location

The Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only is a stunning property with beautiful views that guests simply love. While some guests found that the hotel was a bit far, others felt that the location was perfect - easily accessible and close to other activities and restaurants. Some guests even noted that the hotel was convenient for their 4th of July stay and concerts. The professionalism and quality of service are excellent and the cleanliness, restaurants, spa, golf and views are all top-notch. The staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful with a diverse staff that is polite, courteous and pleasant. Angela at reception provided excellent service and Jake, a server, was absolutely the best. However, some guests did report rude and disrespectful staff, front desk staff not being accommodating or well-informed and concerns with security and noise disturbances. Overall, though, the customer service was awesome and most guests were treated very well and had a pleasant experience.

Pool

The beautiful and clean Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only boasts an amazing pool area, perfect for a day of fun and relaxation. The indoor and outdoor pools are heated, but the temperature is kept refreshingly cool for all-day enjoyment. The pool area is well-maintained and exceptionally clean with attentive waitresses ready to serve you drinks as you lounge in the tranquil water. While some guests wished the pool would stay open later, others raved about the comfortably warm water and dream-like atmosphere.
