Summarized by AI
L'escale Suites Résidence Hôtelière By 7AV HOTELS is strategically located on a large boulevard, making it easily accessible. Guests praise its proximity to a variety of amenities, including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and convenience stores. The hotel is noted for being family-friendly and features a staff that is welcoming, friendly and ready to assist guests by carrying their luggage.
Despite its clean and well-maintained premises, some challenges were reported regarding accessibility. The primary concern raised by visitors was the frequent outage of the elevator, which often required guests to carry their luggage up to the 5th floor via stairs. This posed significant inconvenience, especially for families with babies and guests carrying heavy luggage. The lack of responsiveness in addressing the elevator issues during their stay was noted as a setback.
Overall, L'escale Suites Résidence Hôtelière delivers good service and hospitality in a great location, but improvements are needed to enhance accessibility and address maintenance promptly.
