Moxy Lyon Airport is a budget-friendly hotel that strikes a balance between affordability and modern design. Guests often praise the clean and spacious rooms, highlighting their simple yet modern decor. The hotel's lively and thematic decorations add a touch of flair that enhances the three-star category experience.
Conveniently located within the airport, the hotel offers solid quality and is particularly appreciated for its prime location. Travelers find it a practical choice, especially for short stays or layovers. The breakfast has received positive mentions, complementing the overall value of the stay.
However, some guests feel that the room prices are slightly steep for the minimal amenities provided, such as the lack of a kettle, water or a mini-fridge. Issues with variable air conditioning and automatic room key problems were also noted by visitors. The common areas and corridors could use an upgrade to match the perceived value.
While the services and facilities align with a three-star rating, some guests believe the hotel does not fully meet three-star standards in certain aspects. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and overall atmosphere contribute positively to the stay, making it a hotel worth considering for its convenience and reliable quality.

Comfort Hotel Aeroport Lyon St Exupery offers a budget-friendly option for transit stays, providing the basic necessities to get the job done. While the hotel meets fundamental expectations for a budget option, the three-star rating is often criticized by guests as undeserved. Many reviews highlight that the hotel's facilities and services do not align with typical three-star standards, suggesting it feels more like a two-star experience. Guests noted the comfort was concise, but the overall state of the hotel, including cleanliness and equipment, was below par for a three-star establishment. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel still manages to be a feasible budget option, especially for short stays, offering good value for money within its price range. However, for those expecting the full comforts and amenities of a three-star hotel, it may fall short of expectations and could benefit from a thorough renovation.
