While there is a concentration of families with small children in the main restaurant during high season, there are separate areas for adult-only relaxation. The staff is very attentive and even though we arrived without children, we could see that the little guests were kept happy with small surprises from the hotel director.
The hotel offers three well-equipped playgrounds and a small turtle enclosure, which kids will surely love. However, some guests noted that there are limited indoor activities for kids.
We particularly enjoyed the beautiful lake and the food at Grillrestaurant La Masseria, which has an amazing view over the water. The staff at the lake bar could improve their client focus, but the first welcome at reception was excellent.
