While some guests with arthritis found it to be a bit difficult to access due to slippery handles and lack of grip to pull themselves out, others found the location to be perfect for accessing the beach and nearby activities within walking distance. Some guests did note that there could be better control of COVID-related precautions such as wearing masks and using hand sanitizer, but overall the hotel is grand and accommodating.
