I Casali del Trebbiolo, situated in the heart of Tuscany, receives praise for its breathtaking location, characterized by stunning panoramic views of rolling hills and lush nature. Guests appreciate the serene ambiance, making it a perfect escape from everyday life and an ideal spot for relaxation and adventure. The estate's beautifully maintained grounds and inviting interiors reflect classic Tuscan charm, complemented by friendly and helpful staff that enhance the overall experience.
Accommodations are often described as spacious and elegantly decorated, offering comfort with cozy furnishings and fresco-adorned high ceilings. Despite occasional concerns about aging furnishings and maintenance issues, the general consensus highlights a luxurious and restful stay. The cleanliness of rooms is generally satisfactory, although some guests note overlooked common areas and a neglected pool, impacting their experience.
The breakfast experience receives mixed feedback; while many enjoy abundant homemade cakes and pastries amidst tranquil surroundings, others note a lack of variety and freshness in options. Dinner, showcasing fresh local ingredients through a fixed menu, leaves guests satisfied, albeit with some disappointment related to limited variety and operational days.
The helpful and accommodating staff contribute to a positive atmosphere, although occasional lapses in attentiveness suggest areas for improvement. Wi-Fi connectivity is limited, mostly available in common areas, which aligns with the estate's emphasis on a tranquil and unplugged experience. The pool, a highlight for its picturesque location, suffers from inconsistent maintenance, oscillating between charming and neglected states.
Overall, I Casali del Trebbiolo is celebrated for its stunning location and inviting accommodations. With a few areas needing attention, it promises a memorable Tuscan getaway, particularly suited for those seeking peace and serenity amid captivating landscapes.

Hotel Villa Bonelli offers a charming experience with its higher location providing picturesque views. However, potential visitors should be prepared for some accessibility challenges. The route to the hotel involves very narrow streets, making access quite complicated, particularly for those with medium or larger-sized vehicles. This makes arriving by car both exciting and a bit exhausting, with small cars being the more practical choice. On foot, the path from the bus station can also be challenging, especially for those carrying luggage. While the setting is undoubtedly scenic, careful planning is recommended for those arriving by car or public transport to ensure a smoother arrival.

Located in a peaceful and easily reachable area, Tenuta dei Cavalieri offers a serene stay for guests. The convenience of self check-in adds to the hassle-free experience. However, there are limitations to its accessibility for guests with disabilities. The accommodation is partially accessible with some deep holes along the path and access to the upper floors might pose a challenge. Despite the charming interior, some areas outside the hotel and the pool could benefit from better maintenance. Additionally, while the on-site restaurant is a short drive or a manageable walk away, some might find the journey along a dangerous road less than ideal. The absence of a bidet in the room and lack of a triple room on the first level may also be noted. Improvements in these aspects could enhance the overall accessibility and comfort for all guests.
