Hacienda Inn Aeropuerto offers an easily accessible accommodation choice for guests traveling by car, with straightforward access via the avenue. The check-in process is described as simple, adding to the overall convenience for short stays. Guests have commended the excellent service provided by the staff, noting their respect and accommodation for guests with disabilities, particularly those who are Deaf. However, some areas for improvement are highlighted, such as the absence of elevators, which can be a challenge for guests who cannot navigate stairs, especially when accessing premium rooms. While the property is somewhat aged, visitors find it comfortable and well-suited for short visits.
