The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the beds are described as super comfortable and amazing. The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional and the pool is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, making guests feel welcome and at home. While some guests noted minor issues like uncomfortable mattresses or lifting carpet tiles, overall, Kiama Shores is a delightful place to stay with great location and fantastic service.
