Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Four Rooms provides a serene and convenient base for exploring Bologna, offering excellent connectivity and a peaceful environment just a short distance from the city's vibrant center. Its prime location, close to the Bologna Fair and congress center, makes it ideal for business travelers, while easy access to the city center and local attractions caters to leisure visitors. Nestled in a quiet residential area, it offers a secure and comfortable stay with well-connected bus stops and nearby amenities such as supermarkets, cheap bars and restaurants. The rooms are modern, well-equipped and clean, featuring amenities such as functional kitchens and park views.
The breakfast experience, however, has room for improvement. While some guests find the pre-packaged offerings sufficient, others desire fresher and more diverse options. The current setup of in-room trays with items like croissants, biscuits and yogurt may meet basic needs but could benefit from enhancement to better match guests' expectations.
The rooms at Four Rooms receive high praise for their spaciousness, cleanliness and modern style. Recently renewed, they are equipped with essential amenities, making them suitable for both short and long stays. Guests particularly appreciate the comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. The interior's beauty and functionality compensate for the less inviting exterior appearance.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at Four Rooms with both rooms and bathrooms being well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Modern furnishings and efficient service contribute to the overall welcoming atmosphere. While some minor issues were noted, such as bathroom maintenance and the external appearance, generally, the hotel's cleanliness and service are highly praised.
The staff at Four Rooms are frequently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. Owners and team members like Tatiana, Luciana, Ily and Bruno are noted for their exceptional hospitality, ensuring a pleasant and accommodating stay. Prompt communication and flexibility with check-in times further enhance the guest experience.
Comfortable beds are a highlight, often described as cozy with memory foam mattresses contributing to restful stays. While most reviews are positive, a few guests mentioned discomfort due to thin, soft mattresses or a lack of additional bedding.
In summary, Four Rooms offers a highly comfortable, clean and modern stay with excellent room amenities and service. Though some improvements could be made, particularly in the breakfast offerings, it provides good value for money and is a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a budget-friendly, well-located accommodation in Bologna.
