Its closeness to the military base is especially appreciated by families visiting service members. The hotel’s central location makes it an ideal choice for travelers looking for value and easy access to Fort Bragg's amenities and attractions.
Breakfast at the hotel receives mixed reviews. While many guests commend the tasty offerings, cleanliness of the dining area and the overall value, some suggest improvements in variety and extension of breakfast hours. Equipment issues and repetitive choices were among the criticisms. Despite these points, numerous visitors found the breakfast experience added value to their stay.
The quality of the rooms at the hotel remains inconsistent. Positive feedback highlights clean, modern and well-equipped rooms with comfortable and spacious accommodations. Exceptional customer service also adds to the favorable experience for many guests. However, several reviews cite significant issues with room maintenance, cleanliness and odors, reflecting discrepancies between guests' experiences and the hotel's online presentation. Prospective guests might benefit from managing expectations and possibly inspecting rooms upon arrival.
Cleanliness is another area with varied feedback. Many guests praise the clean rooms and facilities, noting modern decor and spacious accommodations. Nonetheless, complaints about dirty carpets, bathrooms and unpleasant odors indicate that thorough cleaning and maintenance updates are necessary to meet consistent standards.
The hotel staff generally receive positive remarks with many guests appreciating their friendly, polite and efficient service. The front desk personnel, in particular, are commended for being welcoming and helpful. Yet, some guests encountered rude or unhelpful staff, highlighting inconsistencies in service quality.
Wifi service at the hotel is a point of contention with some guests appreciating the complimentary access while others face connectivity issues and weak signals. Reliable internet access appears to be a challenge at this location.
The pool garners positive remarks for being clean and well-maintained, although early closing times and occasional closures were points of frustration for a few guests. Nevertheless, the overall sentiment towards the pool remains favorable.
Families find the hotel suitable, appreciating the variety of breakfast options and the safe environment. The hotel's convenient location and security measures contribute positively to the family-friendly atmosphere.
Bed comfort receives mixed feedback. Many guests enjoy comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, particularly favoring the king-size beds.
