The outdoor pool is often praised for its pleasant temperature and large size, providing an enjoyable space for swimming and relaxation. Guests frequently highlight the heated indoor pool, though some note variability in the water temperature, describing it as warm or somewhat cold at different times.
The spa area receives favorable reviews for its comprehensive amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, even if the jacuzzi occasionally requires reactivation from the reception. The heated pool in the spa area is widely appreciated, although sporadic cold temperatures have been mentioned.
Some guests mention maintenance issues, such as misaligned pool bulbs and cleanliness concerns. During peak times, the pool areas can become crowded and dominated by children, impacting the overall experience for some visitors. Several reviews also suggest that the pool areas could benefit from additional sun loungers and more vigilant supervision.
Despite these occasional drawbacks, many guests admire the direct access from rooms to the pool areas and the overall functionality of the pools contributes greatly to their stay. The pool and spa facilities, when operating optimally, are often described as amazing and add great value to the hotel experience.
