Located in a traffic-calmed zone right on the Rheinpromenade, the hotel is situated close to the city center. Although check-in and check-out can be slow, guests rave about the dining room staff who made one guest's birthday extra special. Unfortunately, the hotel is not easily accessible for those with disabilities, as there are stairs and two lifts to navigate in order to reach the reception area and dining room.
