Visitors have highlighted the hotel as a great value for the price, which suggests affordable comfort is a key strength. Although the accommodations provide a pleasant stay, some aspects show room for improvement. The hotel ensures a place to sleep and generally good room standards, but certain issues were noted, such as the need for better shower fixtures and cleanliness in the bathroom area. The breakfast selection could also benefit from enhancements, with some guests pointing out that certain items were not served hot. Additionally, minor disturbances like intermittent noises and stained carpets were mentioned. If you're on a budget, Hampton Falls Inn is a good option for basic accommodation. The rooms are clean and comfortable with decent facilities. However, there is no breakfast option and outside noise can be a problem. The bathroom exhaust fan is loud and the couch cushions sag. The lobby closes at night, but the staff is willing to help. Some guests have experienced issues with payments, but overall the staff is pleasant. The price is reasonable for a short stay, but some guests find the hotel too expensive for what it offers. While the hotel needs some maintenance and updates, it is still a passable option for those looking for a cheap place to stay.
