Summary of reviews related to the 'Accessible' category

Good Morning + Bad Oldesloe has received praise for its generally accessible and accommodating facilities. Guests appreciated the ease of the check-in and check-out process and found the hotel accessible 24/7 thanks to a 24-hour reception. The availability of an elevator was noted, providing ease of movement between floors, though some reviews mentioned instances when the elevator was out of service without compensation or alternative arrangements.
Specific facilities catered to guests with disabilities, such as spacious accessible rooms and additional equipment like wheel carts. Despite these provisions, there were some inconsistencies reported—for example, a guest who reserved and received confirmation for an accessible room was initially given an unsuitable one.
For those traveling by car, the hotel offers ample and clearly marked parking spaces at a nominal fee of €3.50 per day, which many found convenient and affordable. The accessible ground floor accommodations were particularly advantageous for travelers with a lot of luggage or those with pets.
Overall, while the hotel is commended for its general accessibility and services, some guests did experience occasional issues with room assignments and elevator functionality that could be improved.
