The hotel's central location and high-end finishes make it a favorite for travelers seeking a high-quality accommodation experience. The modern, stylish and comfortable rooms are well-equipped and very clean with exceptional service from the friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant Da Loft offers incredible cuisine and the delicious breakfast with a breathtaking view is not to be missed. While some guests experienced minor housekeeping issues, they were quickly resolved by reception. The hotel is well-located for exploring the city on foot and the vehicle service is outstanding. Overall, SO/ Vienna is a top-class hotel that comes highly recommended with only a few minor complaints about the fitness center and breakfast selection.
