Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Visitors to the Grand Hôtel Perros-Guirec offer mixed reviews regarding its four-star status, amenities and services. While some praise the hotel, congratulating it with "all good, absolutely positive" remarks and recognizing its newness, others find it lacking in several key areas. Many guests express disappointment that certain amenities such as a mini bar and coffee machine were missing from the rooms, which they believe are essential for a hotel of this rating. Furthermore, the meal offerings were criticized for lacking refinement, deemed not fitting for a four-star establishment. Although the decor, location and views are consistently appreciated, the consensus suggests that the overall service and facilities do not meet the high expectations set for a four-star hotel. Disillusionment over the lack of compensation for issues encountered further underscores the need for improvements to align more closely with the advertised star rating.
