The spa facilities are unbelievable and 100% of guests highly recommend taking advantage of them. The hot tub, in particular, provides an epic view and a great way to relax after a treatment. Ana, the staff member at the spa, is highly praised for her service. The only downside is a slight miscommunication between the spa and reception. However, this does not detract from the overall fantastic experience.
