Tru By Hilton Middletown offers a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that leaves guests with a very good experience. Visitors consistently praise the exceptional customer service and the hotel's cleanliness, noting that it is a clean, no-frills option that provides good value for the price. The establishment is recognized for its great vibe, making it a highly recommended choice amongst travelers. While the hotel is new and decently priced, some minor issues such as a lack of information about pet fees and a slightly unsure check-in staff were noted, but these do not detract from the overall above-average experience.
