Home Hotel Smedjan offers a range of amenities for those looking to unwind and stay active during their visit. The gym, described as good or okay by guests, provides a satisfactory place for a workout, but some guests noted the short opening hours as a downside. In addition to the gym, the hotel features a small and very clean sauna and a small pool. Visitors appreciated the free access to the relaxation area, which includes the sauna and pool, especially after a long hike. However, some pointed out issues with the pool temperature and its availability, as the pool could only be used when the reception was staffed, limiting the flexibility for use. Despite these drawbacks, the fantastic, service-minded staff earned high marks for their helpfulness, offering tips about routes and local sights, enhancing the overall guest experience.
