With outstanding facilities and services, the hotel offers guests a genuine 5-star experience through its attention to detail and no shortage of staff. Guests are bound to feel extremely welcome and the personnel's exceptional service goes beyond 5-star levels. The modern and spacious rooms, beautiful pool area and proximity to the beach make it an unbeatable hotel, perfectly suited for families with a great children's program. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and although the evening buffet could use some variety, overall, the food is delicious. While some prices may seem steep, it's understandable, considering the hotel's status and the quality of the experience is worth it. All in all, this is an incredible hotel, one of the best in Mallorca – a place you'll definitely want to come back to!
