Ringhotel Sonnenhof receives varied feedback regarding its four-star rating. Some guests appreciate its magnificent location and exquisite dining experience, declaring it to be on par with the expected standards of a four-star establishment. The hotel is praised for everything being top-notch, providing an enjoyable stay that impressed certain visitors.
However, several reviews suggest a discrepancy between its advertised four-star status and actual offerings. Guests note an absence of features typically associated with a four-star hotel, such as a jacuzzi, bathrobes, and pool slippers, which were anticipated. The hotel is characterized by a 1970s style without a lobby, and some guests felt the service was lacking.
Additionally, the food menu appears to lean heavily towards meat, with limited fish and vegan options, which some visitors found disappointing. The consensus among some reviewers is that the hotel lacks attention to detail and might not entirely meet the expectations associated with its rating, highlighting a perceived gap between certain facilities and the marketed standard.

Hotel Lamm Baiersbronn Mitteltal receives feedback that challenges its four-star rating, particularly in terms of facilities and services. Guests express disappointment with the breakfast offerings, describing them as limited and not meeting the standard expected of a four-star establishment. Complaints also extend to the bar, which lacks offerings and the general state of the rolls, which are reheated and unsatisfactory.
Service is another area that garners negative remarks with personnel not seen as meeting the professionalism and efficiency typical of four-star hotels. Additionally, issues with heating regulation add to the dissatisfaction, especially given the hotel's rating.
The hotel's dining also falls short for many with guests finding the dinner selection limited and the quality not commensurate with the high prices expected of a four-star venue. Overall, the pricing is repeatedly highlighted as a significant concern with many guests feeling that the cost does not match the quality of services and amenities provided. The consensus is that while Hotel Lamm Baiersbronn Mitteltal charges four-star rates, it fails to deliver the corresponding level of experience, leading to reluctance for a return visit.
