However, the relaxation area could use some work and some guests were disappointed by litter and dog poo outside in the outdoor area. The spa facilities were child-friendly and great for families with a pool, gym and sauna. Staff at the spa were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. While some guests found the spa to be excellent overall, others noted that it was not clean and showed signs of wear and tear. Overall, guests enjoyed their spa experiences at the Kinsale Hotel & Spa and found many aspects of their stays to be fantastic, including the treatments and the setting in a quiet green location.
