Hotel Mannat International by Mannat in New Delhi garners a largely positive reputation, especially for its strategic location and warm hospitality, though it does have areas requiring improvement.
The hotel's central location in New Delhi, near New Delhi Railway Station and RK Ashram Marg Metro Station, makes it an excellent base for exploring major tourist attractions and vibrant markets. Despite this convenience, the surrounding area is noisy and congested, posing concerns about safety and cleanliness.
Breakfast at Hotel Mannat International is appreciated for its taste and convenience, primarily served via room service. While dishes like Chole Bhature and Paneer Paratha receive positive feedback, the overall quality and hygiene are inconsistent with some complaints about cold or incorrect orders and a lack of variety.
The dinner service fares better with many guests praising the delicious and reasonably priced food available through room service and the on-site restaurant. Despite some dishes being overly spicy or salty and limited vegetarian options, the majority of guests enjoy the culinary offerings.
The rooms receive mixed reviews. Positive aspects include spaciousness, modern furnishings and comfort. However, issues such as inconsistent cleanliness, dampness, insects and discrepancies between online photos and actual room conditions are frequent criticisms. Some guests also report structural and maintenance problems.
Cleanliness is another area with varied feedback. While many commend the neatness of rooms and frequent cleaning services, others encounter stained linens, pests and inconsistent housekeeping.
Staff at Hotel Mannat International are generally highlighted for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing significantly to positive guest experiences. Specific staff members are frequently praised for their exceptional service, although some isolated negative interactions are mentioned.
Wi-Fi service is generally reliable and praised by many guests for its stability, though some experience issues with speed and connectivity.
Parking facilities are available and complemented by convenient transportation services, including costly but helpful airport shuttles.
The hotel is particularly noted for its family-friendly atmosphere with staff ensuring a welcoming environment for all ages. Despite minor concerns about room size and cleanliness, the overall family vibe enhances the guest experience.
Finally, the beds are often described as comfortable, though some inconsistencies in bed quality and cleanliness of linens are noted.
Overall, Hotel Mannat International by Mannat offers good value for money with standout service and a strategic location, though improvements in cleanliness and consistency are needed to enhance the guest experience fully.
