Zephyr Agadir presents itself as a blend of modernity and comfort, featuring a clean and contemporary building that's often praised for its high level of cleanliness, comparable to the finest establishments. Guests have remarked on the quality of facilities, likening them to those typically seen in five-star hotels and dubbing the experience as exceptional.
However, this four-star hotel has notable service and facility discrepancies. Reviewers have pointed out that the service falls short of its star rating with some describing the reception staff as unhelpful and unresponsive, which is unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. There are mentions of insufficient and infrequent cleaning with some suggesting it occurs every three days, leading to visible dirt.
Additionally, the hotel's policy of demanding a 1000 dh security deposit upon arrival has been criticized as excessive, particularly since the services provided do not meet the expected standards. It is also mentioned that some facilities, such as the indoor pool, are restricted and not always accessible, detracting from the overall experience.
Despite these service flaws, the hotel's structure, cleanliness and modern amenities receive consistent praise. Zephyr Agadir is recognized as a bright, spacious hotel with comfortable rooms, offering a unique experience that aligns more closely with superior hospitality venues. Overall, while the physical attributes of the hotel impress, the service elements have room for improvement to truly match its four-star rating.
