The staff at New Fairmount Hotel and Casino are highlighted as a major asset. Guests frequently commend their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness with specific team members like duty manager Allan and front desk staff Dwayne, Mwiche and Tasila receiving special mentions for their exceptional service. Housekeeping is also praised for maintaining high cleanliness standards, contributing to a welcoming environment.
Dining experiences at the hotel are generally positive with the dinner service, in particular, receiving acclaim. Guests appreciate the diverse and delicious menu, especially the Indian dishes like the Tiki Masala and T-Bone steak. The staff in the restaurant are also praised for their professionalism and dedication. However, the breakfast service garners mixed feelings. While the quality and taste are acknowledged, concerns about variety, timing and pricing suggest room for improvement.
Although one of the less favorable aspects is the hotel's WiFi, which many found unreliable and cumbersome with its 24-hour validity system, this does not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. Maintaining and enhancing the WiFi quality could further elevate guest satisfaction.
