Beach Haus Bal Harbour offers a mixed experience for its guests. While some visitors appreciated the beautifully furnished condos and the clean, well-maintained facilities, others questioned its four-star rating. Positive aspects noted included the convenient location and available parking, which added to the overall practicality of the stay. However, issues such as the poorly maintained pool detracted from the hotel's appeal, leading several reviewers to feel that the hotel did not meet four-star standards. Despite these concerns, the accommodations themselves received favorable comments for their aesthetics and cleanliness.

Guests appreciate the efficient shuttle service and on-site car rental, although the immediate surroundings are somewhat quiet and require taxis to access other areas of Miami.
The hotel's breakfast offerings receive high praise for variety and quality, particularly the freshly prepared omelettes and made-to-order dishes. The inclusion of breakfast adds significant value to the stay, despite some variability in quality and limited choices on certain days. Grill305, the on-site restaurant, generally satisfies with good food and quick service, even if prices are considered a bit high for some.
Room accommodations are spacious, clean and well-equipped with many guests lauding the comfort and size of the suites. While occasional issues like noise from the airport and dated room decor are noted, the overall consensus is positive, highlighting well-maintained facilities and clean, inviting bedrooms.
Cleanliness, though generally praised, has inconsistent feedback; while many areas including the lobby and lounge are well-kept, some guests report issues with room and common area cleanliness. The positive interactions with hotel staff, noted for being friendly and helpful, are occasionally marred by instances of rudeness and unresponsiveness.
The Wi-Fi service receives mixed reviews with some guests experiencing slow speeds and connectivity issues, exacerbated by fees for non-members. The pool area is well-received for its cleanliness and attractiveness, despite being somewhat small for the hotel’s capacity.
Parking fees are a common grievance with daily charges around $24-$25 adding to guest dissatisfaction. However, the hotel proves to be family-friendly with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate larger groups. Enhanced amenities like complimentary happy hours and breakfast contribute positively to the family experience. Guests appreciate the comfortable and clean beds, contributing to a restful stay.
In summary, Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport offers a convenient and comfortable option for travelers with notable strengths in its location, breakfast, room comfort and family-friendly amenities, albeit with occasional issues in cleanliness, service variability, Wi-Fi and additional parking fees.
