The staff are considered amazing with excellent service and are very accommodating. The outdoor pool is a fantastic feature and highly recommended. The hotel is considered spacious with well-appointed rooms, although some guests found the hotel to be outdated with a fading luxury. The hotel is considered clean and well-maintained with daily housekeeping but some guests had issues with inconsistent housekeeping service. The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is generally considered to be an excellent stay, although some guests felt that the hotel was not a true 5-star luxury resort.
