The gym at The FIDI Hotel offers free 24-hour access, which is a convenient feature for those looking to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. However, the space itself is compact, located in a basement area without any windows or natural light, providing a rather basic environment for workouts. The facility includes a couple of cross trainers, some weights, and a treadmill, catering to those with modest fitness needs.
