Guests had mixed experiences with the pool at Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown. Many appreciated the indoor heated pool, describing it as enjoyable and one of the cleanest pools they've swum in. Families noted that their kids loved the pool and it was generally well-organized and nice.
However, several guests mentioned the pool was small and often too cold. There were occasional issues with cleanliness with reports of the pool being dirty or even shut down at times. There were also noted shortcomings in amenities, such as insufficient towels in the pool area and low lighting contributing to a less favorable experience.
Overall, while the pool has positive aspects, there are areas needing improvement to better serve all guests.
