Cleanliness reviews are mixed, with many guests noting generally clean rooms and facilities, though there is room for improvement in certain areas. Complaints about odors and maintenance in shared spaces like the pool and hot tub suggest a need for more rigorous cleaning and modernization efforts.
The pool area, although a potentially attractive amenity, has received criticism for cleanliness and access issues, impacting the guest experience. These concerns indicate the necessity for better maintenance practices.
