Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Akla Hotel Suites Valles Pasiegos offers a serene and picturesque retreat in the heart of the Pasiegos Valleys, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil rural landscapes. The hotel is celebrated for its pristine facilities, spacious and well-decorated rooms and the comfort and cleanliness it consistently provides. Guests particularly enjoy the large, comfortable beds and luxurious amenities like private jacuzzis, enhancing the overall sense of relaxation and indulgence.
The delightful breakfast service receives high praise for being excellent and varied, featuring traditional homemade products. Guests appreciate the option to enjoy breakfast on the terrace or in the garden, contributing to a complete and rich breakfast experience. However, a few reviews mention a lack of gluten-free options and occasional staff shortages leading to some disorganization.
Dinner experiences at the hotel garner mixed reviews. While the quality of food is good and features homemade touches, some guests feel the dinner menu could be more elaborate and suggest improvements to meet the expectations of a 4-star establishment.
The hotel's cleanliness is widely commended with only minor exceptions. Combining modern amenities with a tranquil location, the hotel maintains high standards that many guests find satisfactory.
Staff at Akla Hotel Suites Valles Pasiegos are frequently lauded for their kindness and attentiveness, contributing significantly to guests' positive experiences. Specific staff members receive individual praise, further enhancing the hotel's reputation for excellent service. Nonetheless, some reviews note occasional lapses in friendliness and efficiency.
Overall, Akla Hotel Suites Valles Pasiegos offers a delightful combination of comfort, luxury and beautiful natural surroundings, making it a favored destination for those seeking a peaceful escape in Cantabria.
