Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites is a comfortable and quiet hotel known for its central location and striking views. Guests have praised the clean rooms and professional, friendly staff. The staff's politeness and helpfulness stand out, creating positive impressions. The hotel's facilities, including the hot tub, are appreciated, although some feel the need for additional handrails around the pool and spa.
On the downside, several reviews indicate that the hotel is quite dated. The decor, carpets and fixtures appear old and worn and there are complaints about stains and a lack of maintenance. The bathrooms, in particular, seem outmoded with some describing them as reminiscent of styles from forty years ago. Despite being marketed as a four-star property, many guests feel it falls short of that standard, suggesting it’s not priced appropriately for the level of service and amenities offered.
The hotel does not feature any on-site restaurants, which some visitors found inconvenient. While the location is central and near attractions like parks, a water park and shops, some guests mentioned that the general state of the property could use significant updates and renovation.
