Guests were pleasantly surprised that they were given complimentary breakfast even though they didn't purchase an option. For families with kids, the experience was different because the hotel didn't have a designated kids pool. However, some guests suggested that the hotel could add more pool space for young ones. On the other hand, some guests were disappointed that there wasn't a designated pool for families. Despite this, the friendly front desk workers and front door staff made up for it. No one wants to be nickel and dimed on vacation, which is why the hotel provides a complementary refrigerator in the room.
