Tryavna Lake Hotel & SPA, located in a serene and picturesque setting on the outskirts of Tryavna, offers a tranquil escape from city life. Guests frequently highlight the hotel's stunning views of the mountains and the nearby lake, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and various outdoor activities like fishing. Though slightly remote, its location provides a peaceful environment that many appreciate, especially for nature lovers seeking a secluded retreat.
The breakfast at the hotel generally receives positive feedback for being delicious, well-prepared and diverse, although some guests note the repetition of items and occasional shortages. Dinner also garners admiration for its taste but suffers from limited variety and portion sizes with some inconsistencies in service.
Rooms at Tryavna Lake Hotel & SPA are praised for their cleanliness, modern design, spaciousness and comfortable beds. Guests particularly enjoy the views from family studios and the overall fresh ambiance of their accommodations. Nonetheless, the absence of an elevator and occasional smaller room sizes are noted drawbacks.
While the cleanliness of the rooms is usually commended, there are reports of occasionally neglected common areas and terraces. Despite these concerns, the hotel is generally well-maintained and many guests find it beautiful.
Staff at Tryavna Lake Hotel & SPA are often described as kind, polite and attentive, contributing significantly to a positive guest experience. Their readiness to help and friendly demeanor are key highlights, although a few isolated instances of less accommodating behavior have been mentioned.
The spa center, featuring amenities such as a jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna, is well-received for the pleasant experience it provides. However, inconsistencies in operational hours and maintenance issues like a non-functional jacuzzi have been pointed out by guests.
Overall, Tryavna Lake Hotel & SPA offers a delightful retreat characterized by its tranquil location, excellent views, comfortable rooms and attentive staff, though there is room for improvement in dining variety, cleanliness of common areas and spa maintenance.
