The City of Arts & Spa Apartment is situated in a great location, right next to the City of Arts and Sciences. Guests have praised how close the apartment is to the Science Museum and Oceanografic. The location is perfect for exploring Valencia with plenty of buses available to take you into the city center. The Turia River provides a beautiful walk or bike ride with many museums to explore along the way. Though restaurants are scarce around the apartment, there are a few options located in a nearby Carrefour hypermarket. Guests recommend buying a rechargeable bus card from the local tobacco shop. Parking may be a challenge, but there is free parking on the street nearby. The apartment features a sauna and a pool, which guests appreciate. The surrounding area offers many restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. Overall, the City of Arts & Spa Apartment is an ideal home base for exploring Valencia.

Rooms

The City of Arts & Spa Apartment provides a clean and well-equipped space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. However, guests have reported some issues with the facilities, including a broken terrace door and loose bathroom door handles. The uncomfortable sofa bed and hard pillows did not provide the best sleeping experience and there were some concerns over room ventilation. Some guests also suggested that the second bed could be larger and the mattresses and furniture more comfortable. Unfortunately, other guests had much worse experiences, including broken furniture, dangerous chairs, mold in the bathroom and the strong smell of cigarette smoke in communal areas. Moreover, the air conditioning did not work correctly, making it challenging to stay in the apartment during warm weather. On top of this, the shared garage was cramped and the pool was in a neighboring building, necessitating a walk along the street to access it. While some guests had a decent stay, others found it terrible and stated they would not return.
