The pool area is cozy and comfortable with plenty of things to do for both kids and adults, such as visiting the Muumi Luola, spa treatments and bowling. While some reviewers found the balcony and sink area a bit outdated, overall the pool section was enjoyable. However, some felt disappointed that the pool was crowded and that Wiibit was not in use, despite this being the main reason for booking the hotel. The outside pool area would be a great addition in the summer and the water park for kids was a highlight. Unfortunately, the spa opening at noon made it difficult for some to utilize the pool during a one-night stay and the baby pool water was chilly. Despite that, children enjoyed swimming and using the water slide and the hotel was described as a child-friendly and enjoyable place to stay.
