Hyatt Place Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is regarded by many guests as having four-star quality service and amenities, situated in a great location. The hotel offers a very good atmosphere that some even compare to a five-star establishment. Such attributes as excellent service and amenities are frequently praised with many guests believing that the hotel meets the standards of a true four-star facility.
However, some aspects of the experience have raised eyebrows among guests who expected more from a hotel in this category. Issues related to cleanliness and minor annoyances, such as the absence of body lotion and the lack of extra plates for bread rolls, have been noted. The breakfast quality received mixed reviews with some finding it mediocre for a four-star hotel.
Financial surprises like the unexpected shuttle fee and a high deposit for possible extras have also left guests questioning the overall value. While some hold the hotel in high regard, others feel that the high pricing and certain standard slips like professionalism and additional costs do not quite justify the four-star rating. Regardless of these mixed opinions, the Hyatt Place Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport generally offers a positive stay experience with service and amenities that align with four-star expectations.
