La Alhambra Hotel Boutique delivers a very pleasant stay with excellent management and staff that feels more like family than a traditional five-star service. Guests appreciate the personal touch and commend the quality of facilities, drawing comparisons to a five-star experience. However, some reviews suggest that the hotel may not fully meet five-star standards, particularly in terms of expected amenities such as a buffet. While the hotel provides five-star treatment in terms of service, there is a sentiment that it is not a true five-star class establishment.
