Wir haben wassersparende Duscharmaturen auf den Zimmern. Eine Photovoltaikanalage. Und mit nachhaltigem Baustoff Holz gebaut. Auch alle Materialien ist natürlich und ökologisch mit regionalen Handwerkern geschaffen. Z.B. in den Zimmern haben wir ein Lehmkaseinspachtelboden der komplett ökologisch ist. Unser Kulinarik basiert auf dem Motto "Wenn Weniger zu Mehr wird" - eine überschaubare Auswahl mit dem Gedanken wenig "Waste" zu generieren.
