Although not very big, the spa and fitness center still provides excellent services such as massages that one guest likened to those in the Maldives. The spa enjoys a fantastic view and offers a relaxing experience. However, some guests were disappointed with the pool and sauna facilities and one guest even had an unsatisfactory massage session. Despite the minor setbacks, guests still appreciate the spa's services, restaurants and the overall quality of the hotel. Unfortunately, during some guests' stay, the hamam in the spa area was not operational and the staff there lacked information on when it would be available. Overall, the spa experience was satisfactory for most guests.
