Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
H Elite Design Hotel offers reasonably comfortable accommodations with spacious rooms and beds ample enough for a group of four. However, it falls short of the expected four-star standards in several areas. While the breakfast service does live up to its four-star rating, other facilities and services do not consistently meet that level of quality. The cleanliness of the hotel and the efficiency of the service received criticism for not aligning with four-star expectations. Overall, the hotel provides a reasonably clean and affordable experience but aligns more closely with a two or three-star quality rather than a four-star standard.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Troika Kota Bharu by Salaam Suites enjoys a highly praised location, centrally positioned to provide easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. Its proximity to hospitals, stadiums, eateries, and cafes enhances the convenience for leisure and business travelers alike. The hotel offers a strategic yet authentic setting that grants a true taste of Kota Bharu, while modern decorations and spacious parking are additional benefits. Guests appreciate the beautiful sunrise views from the property, contributing to a peaceful and enjoyable ambiance.
The accommodations are noted for their cleanliness and comfort, making guests feel at home. The spaciousness and tranquility of the units are commendable, especially in higher-floor rooms with remarkable town views. However, some areas need attention, such as the number of bathrooms for families and occasional maintenance issues like stained carpets and furniture that could be more comfortable. These minor issues aside, the overall experience is pleasant.
Cleanliness, although stylish and modern in design, remains a point of concern for many guests. Bedding is well-maintained, yet complaints about stained towels, dirty carpets, disorganized bathrooms, and other cleanliness issues persist. Dusty surfaces and other detractors highlight a need for improved attention to cleaning. Despite these setbacks, the ease of self-check-in is a positive feature, catering well to those arriving after long journeys. With more focus on cleanliness, Troika Kota Bharu by Salaam Suites could greatly enhance its appeal and guest satisfaction.

Perdana Kota Bharu is acknowledged as a great four-star hotel, featuring a pleasant reception area complete with comfortable sitting spaces. For about 40 euros, guests can enjoy breakfast and access to a four-star pool, making it an excellent value for money. The hotel is consistently praised for its excellent amenities which are fitting for a four-star property, offering another great option in the area for those seeking mid-range accommodation.
However, there are mixed feelings regarding the room facilities with some guests noting that they do not meet the expectations of a four or five-star hotel. Specifically, the rooms and certain parts of the hotel felt a bit outdated with the old wing of the hotel being quite distinct in this regard. Despite the overall cleanliness and quality service, the guest experience sometimes felt incomplete. Additionally, the breakfast, while included, was considered below standard for a four or five-star hotel.
