Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Milano Serviced Apartments offers a variety of amenities that guests appreciate, particularly the pool and gym facilities. The pool area, appreciated by many for being clean and pleasant, boasts additional features like a Jacuzzi and sauna. The pool is often noted for being indoor and heated, although some guests have mentioned that it was too cold during their stay. Families, in particular, found the pool to be enjoyable for kids, who loved the space.
Despite a generally positive outlook, there are notable points of concern. Some guests found the pool and surrounding area appeared dirty and even mentioned issues like rust, murky water and safety concerns with the pool ladder. Access to the pool can be a hassle as it sometimes requires coordination with a building manager. The lack of towels and occasional misleading advertisement of pool amenities can detract from the experience.
Overall, while the pool and gym are seen as excellent facilities with some guests calling the pool epic, there are areas in need of improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
