Its proximity to the airport makes it easily accessible with just a 10-minute taxi ride. The hotel is surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants and essential amenities which adds to its appeal. This older establishment continues to deliver commendable service, making it a reliable choice for guests looking for a blend of comfort and hospitality.
The breakfast experience at Samarons Hotels receives mixed feedback but includes several positive highlights. Guests appreciate the wide variety of dishes and hot drinks with some considering it superior to breakfasts offered in hotels across Europe, USA, Dubai and China. Breakfast timings are convenient, extending until 11 o’clock and the à la carte option offers an enjoyable meal. Despite this, there are suggestions for improvement in terms of variety and quality to fully meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment.
When it comes to the rooms, guests often praise the spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort, noting them as good value for money. Suites, in particular, have been described as beautiful. Yet, there are some criticisms regarding worn-out furniture and delayed cleaning services. Enhancing the modernization of rooms could further elevate the guest experience, although the existing comfort and cleanliness already provide a pleasant stay.
Cleanliness at Samarons Hotels elicits varied opinions. Many guests commend the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, highlighting a well-maintained environment. The staff's efforts in maintaining this standard are also appreciated. On the other hand, some reviews report issues such as unpleasant smells in hallways, stained and dirty conditions and delayed room cleaning, suggesting room for improvement to meet the anticipated 5-star standards.
The staff at Samarons Hotels generally receive positive remarks for their welcoming and attentive service. Guests often highlight their good and cooperative nature, appreciating the excellent treatment during their stay. However, there are occasional critiques about unfriendly behavior or lack of availability, which indicates some inconsistency in the service quality. Overall, the hospitality provided by the staff significantly contributes to a favorable guest experience.
In summary, Samarons Hotels offers a prime location, comfortable and clean rooms and attentive staff, making it a commendable choice for travelers. Areas such as breakfast variety, modernization of rooms and consistency in service could use some enhancement to fully meet the high expectations of guests.

Hotel Nour Congress & Resort presents a mixed bag of experiences for its guests. Some visitors identify it as a good 4-star hotel, appreciating its family-friendly atmosphere and fitting amenities, suggesting that it meets the expectations set by its rating. However, there are notable areas for improvement. Certain guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness levels, pointing out that aspects like the pool water do not align with 4-star standards, which raises concerns. Furthermore, the absence of a gym is highlighted as a significant oversight, especially given the hotel's star rating, making it less suited for business travelers or those seeking fitness facilities. Despite these criticisms, the resort appears to balance its act by catering largely to families, with its environment reflecting this focus. The loud music, though suitable for party-goers, is mentioned as potentially disruptive for the primary demographic. While some guests affirm that the hotel upholds its 4-star status, there is a clear call for improvements in specific areas to consistently meet the expectations of all visitors.
