The location is fantastic with a gr8 view of the Falls and the rooms are clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are exceptional and you won't have to worry about asking for extra towels - they provide four for two people! While some guests felt that the service didn't live up to their expectations of a 4-star hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful - in fact, many guests felt they were "saved by the staff". The pool is also a highlight. Overall, the hotel is a good value for money option for a couple nights stay whether you're on a fun family birthday trip, a romantic getaway or just looking for a pleasant stay.
