Intercity Teresópolis is generally regarded as a high-quality hotel with more comfortable decor than the typical Ibis standard. Guests have praised its excellent cost-benefit ratio and good location, along with decent infrastructure and facilities that cater well to both leisure and business travelers. The hotel performs well in terms of overall service and includes functional facilities, which many visitors found fitting for a four-star establishment.
However, there are mixed opinions regarding its star rating. While some guests firmly believe the hotel meets four-star standards with good coffee and a satisfying shower experience, others feel it falls short in some areas. Complaints include issues with cleanliness, comfort and specific aspects like the condition of the building and clarity around paid parking.
Additionally, the hotel lacks amenities such as free parking and a pool, which some guests expected from a four-star venue. The high cost for certain services has also been noted and there have been occasional disappointments related to room allocation. Overall though, Intercity Teresópolis seems to offer a pleasing experience that aligns well with its four-star rating for many travelers.
