Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket presents an intriguing dichotomy when it comes to its classification as a five-star establishment. While a segment of guests feels the hotel is deserving of its 5-star rating and speaks of large double rooms, which appeal to those seeking spacious accommodations, a significant number of reviews indicate dissatisfaction. Many guests express that the hotel does not live up to its advertised five-star standard, citing various shortcomings and suggesting that it might be more suited to a lower star rating. Feedback has pointed to the necessity of a staff overhaul to improve service quality. This mixed reception indicates that while the hotel has potential and certain appealing qualities, it may currently fall short of the complete five-star experience some visitors expect.
