The Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris La Défense, located close to the Bois Colombes train station, presents a mix of experiences for its guests. While some find the hotel's exterior appealing and the rooms tidy and comfortable, many reviews suggest that the four-star rating may feel overstated. Visitors appreciate the English-speaking staff and the good service provided, especially considering the attractive rates, making it a good choice for value-conscious travelers seeking a clean and undisturbed stay.
Despite these positives, there are several noteworthy areas for improvement. Concerns have been raised about the breakfast quality, which some find limited and not in line with four-star expectations, compounded by its proximity to construction noise. The absence of expected amenities, such as a wellness area, and issues like poorly mounted bathroom fixtures have left some guests questioning the four-star designation. Nonetheless, for those focused more on a budget-friendly stay without luxury frills, the hotel remains a viable option worth considering for future visits.

Impeccable room service, a complimentary minibar, and the flexible noon check-in and check-out times are notable perks that guests highlight as exceptional.
