The Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City I-80 I-15 Downtown benefits from a strategic location, praised for its proximity to major highways, downtown areas and various facilities such as EV charging stations, bus stops and coffee shops. Guests appreciate the easy access to local attractions and destinations, making it a convenient base for travelers.
Guests note several positives about their stays, especially regarding the friendliness and helpfulness of much of the staff. Many front desk employees and housekeeping staff garnered praise for their customer service, ensuring a pleasant reception and efficient check-in process. There’s also a noteworthy mention of the hotel being dog-friendly with a dog park nearby enhancing the experience for pet owners.
However, despite these positive remarks, there are significant areas for improvement. Beds received mixed feedback with mentions of both comfort and issues such as sagging mattresses or worn-out springs.
In summary, while the Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City I-80 I-15 Downtown provides good customer service and a convenient location for travelers, it faces substantial criticism regarding cleanliness, breakfast options and facility maintenance. Potential guests should weigh these factors when considering a stay.
