A Hotels Glostrup offers a blend of favorable and mixed experiences across various aspects of guest stays. The hotel's location is particularly well-suited for travelers with vehicles, providing excellent access to highways and ample free parking. Its quiet surroundings and close proximity to public transportation are advantageous for those looking to explore Copenhagen and the surrounding areas. However, its distance from central Copenhagen and the occasional noise from trains and trucks may be less appealing to some guests.
Breakfast at the hotel offers a good variety of options, including gluten-free bread and fresh fruit, which many guests find delicious and well-prepared. However, improvements are needed in replenishing items promptly and maintaining the quality of hot foods. In contrast, the dinner experience is largely praised for its high-quality, tasty food with standout dishes and a pleasant dining atmosphere.
The rooms at A Hotels Glostrup are generally spacious, clean and well-furnished with modern amenities. Guests often highlight the comfort of the beds and the thoughtful room layouts. However, issues such as temperature control, noise and occasional cleanliness concerns persist. The hotel makes a positive impression with its cleanliness, though there are instances of inconsistent housekeeping.
The staff receives a mostly positive response for their friendliness and helpfulness, especially at the reception. Some criticisms involve language barriers and occasional unfocused service. Nevertheless, the overall guidance from the staff tends to be appreciated.
The free WiFi is reliable and enhances the overall guest experience, although minor connectivity issues occur occasionally. The gym is well-equipped but undergoing renovations that might affect user experience. The parking facilities receive high acclaim for their convenience and security, while EV charging stations are accessible but may require clearer directions.
Families find the hotel accommodating, thanks to the peaceful environment and spacious family suites. Despite some minor issues, A Hotels Glostrup stands out for its amenities and welcoming atmosphere, making it a solid choice for a range of travelers.
