Serenity Island Resort presents its guests with an all-inclusive experience that has sparked varied opinions. While some guests find the package worthwhile given the resort’s remote location and lack of alternative dining options, others express concern about its actual value. The included meals are praised for their quality, with a good variety that avoids repetition over a stay, particularly for such a small resort. However, the perception that the "all-inclusive" offering truly covers all aspects is disputed; the package applies only during designated meal hours with limitations on beverages. Although drinks are encompassed during meals, including non-sweet and alcoholic options, outside of these periods they can be pricey.
The all-inclusive plan is promoted as covering à la carte meals that would otherwise be expensive, making it a preferable choice according to some guests for managing costs during a stay, yet the actual framework resembles more a full board service. There is appreciation for the flexibility and lack of mandatory meal plans, which some visitors feel aided in saving money. However, the pace of service during meals could benefit from improvement. Additionally, the absence of certain expected activities, like a bonfire, was a disappointment for some.
Ultimately, potential visitors should carefully consider their typical dining habits and the specific terms of the resort’s packages before selecting an option, as the value proposition might vary based on individual preferences and expectations.
